Ted Speros
Project Developer
Massachusetts-native Ted Speros has been in real estate development for more than four decades. Known for his community engagement, Ted has led development or redevelopment of many major areas of commerce and dining. His past projects include: the Hannaford Shopping Center, West Lebanon, N.H. and Applebee’s and Public Storage, Methuen, along with planning for major restaurant and retail establishments. Ted’s vision for Rowley Farms is one of partnership with local businesses, including Anonymous Brewing, a winery and bakery. Ted has an open-door policy and welcomes visitors to the Club.
Robert Buckley
Attorney
Bob’s practice focuses on land use planning, commercial real estate law, and environmental law. He is recognized for his experience in developing comprehensive zoning initiatives for mixed-use development projects and his expertise in environmental issues, including wetlands and Brownfield sites. His work on several projects has been cited by Massachusetts officials as examples of creative and responsive zoning. Bob has been a sought-after panelist, moderator, and commentator for real estate development trends, and meets regularly with town officials in Rowley to discuss land use.
Kristine Hung
Attorney
Kristine practices in the firm’s Land Use/Land Use Litigation and Real Estate/Business Law Groups, focusing on real property development and land use planning appearing before local permit granting authorities throughout Massachusetts. Additionally, she has a broad commercial real estate background that includes representing owners and developers in the acquisition and financing of mixed-use retail and office buildings and large-scale shopping centers as well as the leasing of retail and office park space.
Katie Enright
Senior Civil Engineer
Katie is a senior civil engineer at Howard Stein Hudson with more than 20 years of experience in site and civil design and regularly works with suburban communities outside of Boston. She has broad knowledge of the technical and procedural aspects of engineering projects, and is responsible for the oversight and design of a variety of land development projects, and permitting through local boards and commissions,public hearings, and construction.

As founder, principal, and creative director of HDS Architecture, Hans D. Strauch has dedicated 35 years to designing distinctive buildings and communities throughout the US and abroad. With Hans’ vision and leadership, HDS Architecture continues to successfully deliver sophisticated and highly crafted buildings including large scale residential, commercial, retail destination, and medical facilities.
Matt Mrva, RLA
Master Planning and Landscape Architecture
Matt Mrva is a Principal and Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture at Bohler. As a Registered Landscape Architect with nearly three decades of experience, he specializes in open space planning, recreation and amenity space design, urban design, and streetscape improvements. His project portfolio includes downtown revitalization, campus planning, and mixed-use community development throughout New England and beyond. Matt is passionate about incorporating place making into the design of future living, working, and recreational environments.

For the 40b (LIP) project, we have partnered with The Dolben Company, a premier multifamily development and management firm based in Massachusetts. Founded in 1929 and family-owned for four generations, Dolben is renowned for creating high-quality communities with a focus on long-term stewardship. They currently manage a portfolio of over 17,000 units, ensuring the new neighborhood will be built and maintained to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
International Golf Construction Co.
The team leading the expansion and renovation is International Golf Company – one of the premiere golf course construction companies in the Northeastern United States and part of the new ownership group at the Rowley Country Club. IGC is family owned and operated,led by Stathe and Kostas Paganis. IGC has built some of the most iconic golf courses in New England – including Farm Neck, the Vineyard Club in Martha’s Vineyard, Captains in Brewster, Widows Walk in Scituate.

EDGE Sports Global works in conjunction with communities, schools, landowners and organizations to create sustainable, year-round athletic ecosystems to benefit users of all demographics. Their expertise in assessment, design /development,programming and operation will help shape the development at Rowley Farms into an inclusive community to live, work, play and celebrate.
