Traffic Impact Analysis

In commitment to responsible growth, we commissioned a comprehensive Traffic Impact Analysis in November of 2025 to evaluate the 40B phase of our residential community off Silva Lane. The findings were highly encouraging, confirming that the project will have minimal impact on the surrounding transportation network. The study determined that traffic generated by the new neighborhood represents only a small fraction of the existing volume, ensuring that our local roads can comfortably accommodate the new community without disrupting daily travel.

Safety remains our top priority in the design process. We are proactively exploring an opportunity to extend the eastbound left-turn lane at the intersection of Route 133 and Route 1. While not required for capacity, this enhancement would provide a significant safety benefit for all motorists in town. We look forward to working with the Town to determine the feasibility of this upgrade as we move forward.
