In partnership with the International Golf Company, we are expanding the current layout into a challenging and scenic 18-hole championship gem. The new master plan extends the course south toward Haverhill St. (Route 133), a thoughtful design that not only enhances playability but also provides a natural, green buffer between the mixed-use development and our neighbors on Daniels Rd.

Anchoring this expansion is a spectacular new clubhouse designed to bring people together. We are thrilled to announce plans for updated dining options - including the revival of the community-favorite Back Nine Tavern - alongside a modern function hall perfect for hosting elegant weddings and special events. Whether you are finishing a round of golf or gathering with family for a meal, the clubhouse will serve as the social hub of the neighborhood.
